Responsibilities

  • A designated IT resource that tests IT systems and processes building defined test scripts for completion
  • Works directly with the developers to ensure that the system is fully tested and that all items committed to in the project are complete.
  • Responsible for developing integration and User Acceptance automated testing scripts, and assuring that these tests run successfully.

Qualifications

  • Requires bachelor’s degree (in Engineering, Computer Science or related field) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills:capable of communicating in fluent English both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analysis skills; the ability to make critical business recommendations and think strategically 
  • Ability to work efficiently in teams and/or independently without technical oversight or work review 
  • Ability to successfully work in a fast paced, changing environment 
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly 

Experience and expertise in the following areas are strongly preferred:

  • Functional testing of large scale IT applications
  • Preparation of test plans
  • Analysis of test results
