This position will be the team’s Remedy expert, with the knowledge, ability, and initiative to lead team efforts, troubleshoot issues, and guide team activities with regard to the Remedy application. The project is for DoD application support and development, and is currently in the early stages of upgrading from 7.06.4 to V8.1, with the goal of then upgrading to V9.1 and migrating to the AWS Gov Cloud. This position involves analyzing the existing BMC Remedy deployment with customizations, identifying a migration strategy, and leading the effort. This position will require intimate working knowledge of the BMC Remedy application, its functionality and configuration, with experience in maintaining and developing new user customizations. This BMC Remedy deployment integrates with a SharePoint deployment; basic knowledge of SharePoint would be a plus but is not required.

We are looking for candidates who are experienced with BMC Remedy development and migration. A candidate will have in-depth expertise with BMC Remedy applications 220.127.116.11 and/or later. Familiarity with development in a DoD environment, Security+ certification and IAT2 qualification are all a big plus. The ability to quickly obtain Security + and IAT2 certification is required.
