    Responsibilities

    • Provide overall administrative support to the Recruiting team.
    • Interact with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates while providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
    • Post jobs through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and providing support including troubleshooting and resetting of passwords.
    • Post, track, and maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings on external job boards.
    • Assist recruiters with technical sourcing needs and craft Boolean searches for candidate searches within our internal ATS as well as external sites.
    • Maintain employee referral program.
    • Arrange travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary.
    • Research, analyze, and prepare hiring and statistics as required.
    • Screen and refer qualified applicants to recruiters or hiring managers for interviewing.  Contact and engage potential candidates to participate in our recruiting process.  May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
    • Identify potential candidates through networking, cold calling, and web sourcing.
    • Assist with scheduling of interviews.

    Must possess the following:

    • Ability to grasp new technologies,
    • Expert level internet search and networking skills,
    • Ability to work independently,
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
    • Ability to maintain records on recruiting activities.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • Information Technology (IT) sourcing experience
    • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • High energy, highly motivated, and ability to work without supervision and detailed instructions
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Sufficient technical understanding and expertise to efficiently screen resumes for high level engineering and/or software/system positions

    Required Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in an office environment
    • Previous technology sourcing experience
    • Experience sourcing candidates using various external sources and job boards
    • At least one year of experience working in a recruiting team and using an ATS, iCIMS desired
