    Job Description:

    Candidate must have 0 - 3 years of experience working in a Windows 2008/2012 networking environment. Other requirements for the position are: experience installing and administrating Windows servers, installing and troubleshooting basic IP network, the ability to multi-task, strong documentation skills, and good communication / interpersonal skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently/unsupervised. 

     

    An Undergraduate degree, A+ and/or Network+ certification is a plus.  Experience w/ troubleshooting ANY of the following a plus: VOIP, Lync, Share Point, Exchange, Office 365.

     

    Job Requirements:

    This position will require technical support via email, chat, and phone calls.  Customer service skills a must!
