    Qualifications

    BS degree in engineering, science, business, or related field and 15+ years’ experience

      • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
      • implementing Lean tools to achieve process improvement.
      • Experience working process improvement tasks with Government or Government Contractors.
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
      • Strong analytical skills used to keep projects on track, overcome barriers, and deliver results.
      • Functional experience in multiple disciplines such as manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or quality.
      • Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
      • Talented facilitator with experience leading a variety of teams and the ability to build positive working relationships within a variety of government organizations.
      • Ability to demonstrate initiative, leadership, and strong mentoring skills.

     

    Due to this government contract, all candidates must be a US Citizen.

    Minimum SECRET security clearance required with last investigation within last five years.  TOP SECRET clearance strongly preferred.
