    Responsibilities

     

    • You will play an essential role in fueling Geocent’s growth with exceptional talent.
    • Work closely with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers and Executives to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating quality candidate flow to meet recruiting goals
    • Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company’s hire process.
    • Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation in company’s in-house system on all candidates, including hiring managers interactions, EEOC information, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
    • Initiates and maintains excellent working relations within the company and works cooperatively with all employees and peers.
    • Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
    • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in recruiting practices.
    • Schedule and attend career fairs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -

    • Must be able to read, write, speak and have a good understanding of the English language
    • Identify potential candidates through networking, cold calling and web sourcing
    • Contact and engage potential candidates to participate in our recruiting process
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings
    • Attend recruiting events

    Requirements:

    • 3+ Years of recruiting experience
    • Previous technology recruiting experience, preferred
    • Ability to grasp new technologies
    • Expert level internet search/sourcing and networking skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Exceptional communication, organizational and problem solving skills
    • Strong recruiting tools (including ATS) experience, iCIMS preferred
