    Currently seeking an RF/Communications Engineer to provide engineering for all phases of project development.  The position requires a dynamic individual who works well with others, the ability to work across all project teams to complete assignments and deliverables to meet program commitments.  This long term position will require technical ability, leadership, and good communication skills.  Currently, the project is architecting a dynamic communication network and is in need of an experienced RF engineer who can bring unique knowledge and move the project forward.  The accepted candidate will be working with a varied, energetic team consisting of many amazing people in a unique, fast paced environment.

    • Develop design solutions for complex RF and Network Communication systems, including systems engineering, system modeling, interface and requirements development, RF spectrum & loading analysis and implementation.
    • Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify RF communications systems.
    • Leads modeling and simulation efforts for contested radio frequency (RF) environments and effects on RF systems.
    • Works with customers, teaming partners, subcontractors and RF component suppliers to achieve project goals.
    • Provides coordination support between functional groups consisting of systems engineering, user groups, prototype, research and development, and integrated product teams to assist in clarifying requirements and support design, development, test, integration, and operational transition activities.
    • Participates and leads program architecture, development, and analysis from design, development through integration and test verification activities across multiple disciplines.
    • Visible position with the ability to lead, direct, align, and ensure your high standards are utilized on the program.


    • This position requires an active TS Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
    • Engineering degree from an accredited course of study and a minimum of 9 years' experience.
