    • Tester for a highly motivated Government/Contractor team on critical DoD system
    • Analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
    • Understand business requirements and come up with test strategy to do data validation
    • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
    • Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
    • Design and develop automated testing scripts and code modules for testing
    • Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
    • Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
    • Provide support and documentation


    • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
    • Software development experience in writing automated test cases
    • Experience with integrating test suites into a continuous integration framework
    • Strong knowledge in acceptance test-driven development (ATDD)
    • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
    • Knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and enthusiasm for implementing Agile principles
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
    • Self-starter, resourceful, detail oriented, with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to organize and adapt to changing priorities
    • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to include patience, flexibility, consideration, discretion, tact, and confidence
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in small groups

    Preferred Requirement:

    •  Experience with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence systems
    • Experience working with Department of Navy/Commander Naval Installations Command Anti-Terrorism, Force Protection and Emergency Management Common Operational Picture tools


    Education Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
    • Must possess a current CompTIA Security + certification or obtain one as a contingency of employment
    • Must have or complete the training requirements for a DoD IAT2 credential within 4 months of employment

    Must have or be able to obtain DoD Secret level security clearance
